  1. Leadership and Accountability: Senior management will provide visible & active leadership in the development, implementation & continual improvement of the OHS management system. All levels of management are accountable for the effectiveness of the OHS management system within their areas of responsibility.
  2. Legal Compliance: Corvit Networks will identify and comply with all applicable legal requirements and other relevant OHS requirements related to its activities, products, and services.
  3. Risk Management: Corvit Networks will assess and manage OHS risks, including prevention of injury and illhealth, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  4. Objectives and Targets: Corvit Networks will establish measurable OHS objectives at relevant levels and functions, with a commitment to continually improve OHS performance.
  5. Consultation and Participation: Corvit Networks will actively engage and consult with employees and other relevant stakeholders on matters related to OHS, promoting a culture of participation and communication.
  6. Training and Competence: Corvit Networks will ensure that employees have the necessary competence and training to perform their tasks safely and effectively.
  7. Emergency Preparedness and Response: Corvit Networks will establish and maintain procedures for emergency preparedness and response to mitigate the potential impact of emergencies.
  8. Communication: Corvit Networks will ensure effective communication of the OHS policy to all employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders. The policy will be made available to interested parties and reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability.
  9. Responsibility for Implementation: The implementation of this policy is the responsibility of every employee. Senior management will provide the necessary resources and support to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the OHS management system.
  10. Review & Continuous Improvement: This OHS policy will be reviewed bi-annually to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness. Senior management will actively seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in OHS performance.
